GREAT ROOM RENTAL

The Great Room is a beautifully appointed ballroom with two story high ceilings. It can accommodate 75 people for a sit down dinner or 100 people for a heavy Hors D’Oeuvres/ Cocktail Reception. The outside patio area is included with the rental and makes a wonderful setting for the ceremony and/or a place for your guests to dance. Also included with the rental are the tables and chairs.

Rental

Reception Only: $1,200

Ceremony and Reception: $1,500

Payment and Deposits

Billing arrangements for all events must be made in accordance with hotel policies. A credit card must be given to reserve the room. A payment plan may then be arranged with the hotel sales department. The total payment is due 30 days prior to the event.

Cancellations

Functions cancelled less than 30 days prior to scheduled date will be assessed 100 % anticipated revenues as indicated on the Banquet Event Order. Cancellations must be made through our Sales Department between the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Cleanup

Your event is scheduled in the Great Room, which is a common area in the hotel. The hotel will have the area ready for your event upon your arrival. The hotel expects for the great room to be in the same condition as it was when you arrived at the hotel prior to your event. Anything you bring in for the event, you must take with you when you leave or it will be thrown away.
